Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the bet was processed incorrectly due to a technical error. In that case, please contact our support team.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed, bets will be voided if the match is not replayed within the timeframe set by 112bet.
• 112bet reserves the right to void any bets placed during a technical error.
• Accounts will be investigated if betting fraud or irregular patterns are detected.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

112bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to its applicable terms.

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you need to wager BDT 30,000 before withdrawal.

• A bonus may not be claimed more than once by the same individual or household.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

05 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

112bet supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though some methods may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending or if an investigation is ongoing on the account.
